David brings over 25 years of experience in land development throughout the Las Vegas Valley.Raised in Las Vegas and attended UNLV, David has spent most of his career helping Las Vegas develop.

With a background in surveying, David’s broad development experience includes, master plan development, construction of large-scale infrastructure, including water, sewer, roadway, and dry utility facilities.His professional experience also includes home building, multifamily development and commercial development.
