As Controller and Office Manager, she oversees financial management, compliance, and daily operations, bringing the kind of behind-the-scenes steadiness that gives the rest of the team the freedom to do their best work.

Her blend of strength and empathy creates a sense of stability the whole team can rely on.

Outside of work, Nicol loves all things wellness, being outdoors, traveling, spending time with family, and spoiling her dogs.
