Project Details
Cactus Hills is a 300+ acre Master Planned Community located in the southwest area of the Las Vegas valley, just north of Southern Highlands. The community was originally assembled by Mr. Schettler while with Focus Property Group as a joint venture with Stanpark Homes. The project was sold off prior to the planning phase to America West who added their own land and developed the project with DR Horton and others. Approximately 65 parcels acquired by separate transactions were needed to complete the assemblage prior to selling to America West.
