Project Details

Mountains Edge is a 3,000-acre master planned community, tucked into the hillsides of the of the great southwest area of the Las Vegas Valley bordered by Blue Diamond, Rainbow and Fort Apache Roads. Planned for 14,500 units, Mountains Edge has over 500 acres dedicated to parks, trails and open space and is now home to over 30,000 residents. 

This $600,000,000 land development project was assembled and overseen by Mosaic Group Founder Vincent Schettler while at Focus Property Group.  Mountains Edge became one of America’s top 5 selling master plan communities in its first full year of sales in 2005, ultimately becoming the #1 selling master planned community in the U.S. in 2007 & 2008 while holding top 5 through 2010.
