Project Details
Nevada Trails is a 300+ acre Mixed Use Master Planned located southwest of Rainbow Blvd and Warm Springs. The community was assembled by Mr. Schettler while early in his career at Focus. Over 70 separate transactions were needed to complete the assemblage. The assemblage was done in partnership with Del Webb’s Coventry Homes Division but later sold off to Pardee Homes who built out the community. This was Mr. Schettler’s first large-scale assemblage
