Taylor Schettler has worked in commercial real estate and land acquisition since 2017. He began his career at Colliers International under the Mosaic Team, which later branched off to operate independently under the Mosaic Companies umbrella. Over the years, Taylor has been involved in more than 100 successful acquisitions and sales. His responsibilities include managing escrow, entitlements, due diligence, and nominations throughout the transaction process.

A Las Vegas native, Taylor graduated from Bishop Gorman High School in 2011 before earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Saint Mary’s College of California.

When he’s not working on deals, you can usually find Taylor spending time with friends and family, watching sports, or out on the water bass fishing.
