Tony Sibella
Senior Vice President – Development
Tony Sibella is Senior Vice President of Development and has over 38 years of diverse experience in the commercial real estate development and construction industry. He joined the company in 2018 and is responsible for overall development activities with primary focus on build-to-lease projects including Multi-Family and Single-Family Properties.
Tony’s career experience includes development and construction management of office, corporate and multifunctional facilities for national corporations, institution owners, and governmental entities, resorts, hotels, casinos, hospitals, convention facilities, photovoltaic solar farms, aviation facilities; all amassing billions in market value. At the Mosaic Group, Tony leads the pre-development, design and construction for its portfolio. Current pipe-line of developments include over 600 Multi-Family and Single-Family units throughout Las Vegas, Nevada. Notable projects include two Senior Living Resort Style Apartments, Townhomes and several Single-Family subdivisions.Prior to Mosaic Tony served as General Manager of Development & Construction for Echo Entertainment where he was responsible for its three properties located in Queensland (Gold Coast, Brisbane, Townsend) and its pursuit of new developments within the state of Queensland.
During his tenure at Molasky Group of Companies Tony oversaw the development and construction of Molasky Corporate Center, 17-story Molasky Corporate Center- Nevada’s largest LEED Gold certified office building, and aviation facilities for the Sands Corporation.
Tony has an extensive construction background gained through holding senior construction and development positions at Molasky Group of Companies, URS/AECOM Corporation, Marnell Construction Company, Beers Skanska Construction, Sierra Construction, and Turner Construction, Foxcore, where he managed large complex projects throughout Las Vegas and the Southwest.
Tony attended California State University of Long Beach, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering.
