He was the visionary for the community from its inception, where he served as the lone acquisitions negotiator, successfully negotiating more than 300 separate land acquisitions that make up the 3,000-acre master planned community.

He was engaged in all processes for the creation of the award-winning community, including acquisitions, legal transactions, planning, engineering, finance, budgeting, construction, and sales.

The Mountains Edge community was certified by Robert Charles Lesser & Company as the No. 1 selling community in America in 2007 and 2008 and top 5 from 2005 to 2010.

He also contributed to many other notable projects, including the 1200-acre Providence MPC, the 1940-acre Inspirada MPC, and was the sole land acquisition contact during the early stages of the creation of Cactus Hills community, currently being developed by America West, KB, and DR Horton, as well as many other smaller projects to his credit.
